Meiji Tokyo Renka: Twilight Kiss is a romance visual novel and otome adventure game developed by MAGES. and based on the popular Meiji Tokyo Renka multimedia franchise. Players take on the role of Mei Ayazuki, an ordinary high school girl who is suddenly transported back to Japan’s Meiji era after a mysterious encounter during a magical full moon night.

Upon arriving in historical Tokyo, Mei discovers that she possesses the rare ability to see spirits. As she becomes acquainted with legendary historical figures such as Ougai Mori, Kyoka Izumi, Toson Shimazaki, and other notable intellectuals and artists of the Meiji period, she finds herself caught between supernatural mysteries, historical events, and blossoming romance. Through player choices, multiple story paths and endings can be unlocked, allowing players to experience different relationships and outcomes.
