HYKE: Northern Light(s) is a 2D top‑down action RPG set in a world devastated by a devastating war between humans and witches. Civilization has collapsed, leaving behind dangerous territories known as the Forbidden Areas, places saturated with magic and guarded by powerful witches called Meteos.

The story follows Hyke, a white‑haired young witch who travels across this broken world in search of her long‑lost mother—the same witch believed to have played a key role in the world’s ruin. Determined and quietly resilient, Hyke survives harsh lands alongside her companions, uncovering fragments of truth as she presses deeper into forbidden territory.

As Hyke encounters the Meteos who guard these regions, her journey becomes more than a search for family. Each meeting reveals another layer of the conflict between humans and witches, forcing Hyke to confront the legacy of magic, responsibility, and the cost of survival in a world still scarred by war.
